"Vanilla on the nose with a strong peppery body but a very dry palate. TThere is a light bitter tart note with a slightly short finish, but a fairly rounded mouthfeel. The nose showcases an earthy scent. It features soft cream and hay, earthy and flinty notes with hints of vanilla. The palate offers rich cream and soft spirit, perfumy with subtle grassy notes and a white pepper finish. There are hints of red berry sweetness that turn to tartness at the end."
