TASTING NOTE:
"Caramel nose with hints of sugar cane spirit on the palate. The body features toffee apples and cooked plums with light notes of vanilla and black pepper. There is a beautiful nutty aroma on the nose, with a nice artificial sugary mouthfeel. The nose exhibits heavy cream and vanilla ice cream, while the flavors are well-balanced, even though the finish is slightly hot and peppery with dryness. It is complex and big, with an eventful palate and a big, smooth texture with zesty notes that balance the warming alcohol."
