"Interesting lemon curd citrussy flavour on a very light and bouncy body. The nose exhibits medium-low intensity and neutrality. The palate features a light body with a drying quality and slightly sharp alcohol. The finish is characterized by a lingering drying quality. The aroma is soft and very unassertive, while the palate is smooth and soft, albeit slightly watery. The finish is mild and faintly minerally, with a slight note of peppery alcohol lingering."
